03 Apr Advertising investments on the rise – TV + 14.4%
2021 has been a positive year for television advertising investments, with sales reaching 3.7 billion euros, up 14.4% compared to the previous year. RAI recorded the most significant increase, closing the year at +18.5%. Discovery also did well, rising to +15.9%, followed by Mediaset, which closed in 2021 with +14.6%. Sky achieved +8.7%, while LA7 increased its sales by 7.9% compared to 2020. Considering the whole TV advertising market in 2021, Mediaset attained a share of 55 % and RAI 20.5 %. SKY followed with a share of 12,7 % and Discovery 7,1 %.
