ViacomCBS’s set a deal with Sky to launch the over the top Paramount+ in Italy, Germany and the UK in September 2022 for all Cinema subscribers. . They also put an agreement for selling adverts for the ViacomCbs and Pluto TV (which has already added nine channels to its free and linear offer, aiming to reach 100 by next year). Sky and Showtime signed a joint venture in countries where Sky does not have a direct presence. ViacomCBS will launch the Paramount+ offer in 2022 in Spain, Portugal, Northern Europe, and some central European countries, such as Poland.
